Shipping policy

At Eurowerks, we know you are eager to get your parts installed and your project back on the road. We strive to process and ship every order as efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping standards.

1. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

It is important to distinguish between how long it takes us to prepare your order and how long the carrier takes to deliver it.

• Processing Time: Most in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our facility, the transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Custom/Special Orders: For items that are made-to-order or special requests, please refer to the specific product page for extended processing time estimates.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard  shipping options to balance speed and cost.

• Carrier Partners: We primarily utilize Carriers, like  UPS, FedEx, USPS to ensure reliable tracking and handling of automotive components.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the current status of your package.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging automotive parts to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, accidents can happen during transit.

• Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your package appears damaged, take photos of the box before opening it, and photos of the part itself if it is damaged.

• Reporting: If an item arrives damaged or you believe a package is lost, contact us at contact@eurowerks.co within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

• Claims: Retain all original packaging, including bubble wrap, boxes, and packing slips, as these are often required by carriers for damage claims.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

• Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

• International Shipping: customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because we aim for fast fulfillment, once a tracking number has been generated and the order has entered our shipping queue, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
