Shipping Policy

Eurowerks sources products from suppliers across the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times, costs, and carriers vary by product and destination.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may be longer during peak periods or for special-order items. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

2. Domestic US Shipping

  • Standard: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days (where available)
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on product and supplier

3. International Shipping

  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 14–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays outside our control.

4. Products Shipped from Germany or the UK

Some products are sourced from suppliers in Germany or the United Kingdom and ship directly from those locations. These orders will have longer delivery windows and may be subject to import duties upon arrival.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our pricing and will be billed separately by your local customs authority or carrier.

6. Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors
  • Contact your carrier with the tracking number
  • Contact us at contact@eurowerks.co within 10 days of the marked delivery date

Eurowerks is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Carrier address correction fees may be passed to the customer.
