When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's dispatched.
I haven't received a tracking number yet.
Check your spam folder first — shipping emails sometimes land there. If it's been more than 3 business days, email us at contact@eurowerks.co.
My tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive it.
Check with neighbours and around your property first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship via DHL Express or USPS First Class International. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
My order is stuck or delayed.
Carrier delays happen. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, reach out at contact@eurowerks.co and we'll follow up.
