Refund & Return Policy

At Eurowerks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully — it contains important information specific to automotive parts.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused, uninstalled condition with all original packaging intact.

2. Eligible Returns

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be in new, uninstalled condition
  • Include all original packaging, hardware, and accessories
  • Show no signs of installation, modification, or damage
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components that have been plugged in or powered
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

4. Fitment Issues

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before ordering. Returns due to incorrect fitment are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original condition, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@eurowerks.co with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@eurowerks.co with your order number and return reason
  2. Wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — do not ship without one
  3. Ship the item securely to the address provided with your RMA
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Eurowerks covers return shipping
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend tracked shipping as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
