• Warranty Awareness: You acknowledge that aftermarket modifications may void the manufacturer’s warranty on your vehicle. Eurowerks is not responsible for any warranty claims denied by Volkswagen or any other manufacturer due to the installation of our parts.

• Off-Road/Track Use: Certain performance products are intended for off-road or track use only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their vehicle remains compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Professional Installation

Eurowerks strongly recommends that all products be installed by a certified professional technician.

• User Responsibility: Any damage, failure, or injury resulting from improper installation—whether performed by the customer or an uncertified third party—is the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Assumption of Risk: By installing parts yourself, you assume all risks associated with the process. Eurowerks shall not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle, the part itself, or personal injury occurring during or after the installation process.

3. Product Accuracy & Availability

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, fitment, and specifications of our products accurately. However, please note that minor variations (particularly in carbon fiber weave or finish) may occur.

• Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eurowerks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
