These are the same drivers VW fitted from the plant, so impedance, sensitivity and mounting depth all match what the factory amp expects — no adapters, no rings, no re-tuning. Blown driver, torn surround, or just refreshing a ten-year-old system: pick fronts, rears, or the complete four-speaker set.

Why the factory driver matters.

The Fender system runs without passive crossovers in the doors — every crossover point and EQ curve lives in the 10-channel amp under the driver's seat. Drop in a driver with the wrong impedance or sensitivity and the amp keeps applying a curve built for something else. These are the drivers that curve was written for.

Fitment

Will it fit?

⚠️ Premium audio only. The base 8-speaker system uses a different woofer (5C6-035-454-A) that will not work with the Fender amp, and the Fender woofer will not work correctly on the base head unit. If you're unsure, pop a door card or check your window sticker before ordering — we're happy to look up your VIN.
