Refund policy
At Eurowerks, we are committed to providing the highest quality components for your Volkswagen. We understand that projects evolve and parts may not always be a perfect fit. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this window.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in original, re-sellable condition. This includes:
• Uninstalled: Items that show signs of installation, wear, or use will not be accepted.
• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original manufacturer packaging, including all tags, manuals, and hardware.
• Completeness: All components, clips, fasteners, and accessories that were included in the original shipment must be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Electronic Components: Due to their sensitive nature, any electrical parts (e.g., wiring harnesses, control modules, or sensors) cannot be returned once the manufacturer seal is broken.
• Special/Custom Orders: Any parts specifically ordered or modified to your vehicle’s custom specifications (e.g., custom carbon fiber weaves, painted items) are non-refundable.
• Installed/Modified Items: Any product that has been fitted to the vehicle, regardless of whether it was used on the road.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@eurowerks.co with the following information:
• Your Order Number.
• The name of the item you wish to return.
• The reason for the return.
• Photos of the item.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as this may delay or void your refund.
5. Shipping and Restocking Fees
• Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., we sent the wrong part or the item arrived damaged), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returned items to cover processing and inspection costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing components, or is defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will work with you to expedite a replacement or a refund. Please retain all original packaging, as shipping carriers may require it for damage claims.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
