Do you offer financing?
Yes — we offer 0% APR financing through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm. You can split your order into easy payments at checkout with no hidden fees. Rates and eligibility vary; see affirm.com for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm financing.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same item in stock at a lower price from an authorized retailer, contact us at contact@eurowerks.co before purchasing and we'll do our best to match it.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $150 ship free within the continental US. Some oversized or freight items may be excluded; any exceptions are noted on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, typically 3–7 business days once shipped. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer. Reach out to us for a shipping quote before ordering.
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created. If it's been more than 5 business days with no movement, email us at contact@eurowerks.co and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?
We're sorry about that — it happens and we'll make it right. Email us at contact@eurowerks.co with your order number and photos of the item and we'll get a replacement or refund sorted quickly.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@eurowerks.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Fitment & Compatibility
How do I know if a part fits my car?
Every product page lists the compatible vehicles and generation (MK6, MK7, MK8, 8V, 8Y, etc.). If you're unsure, reach out before ordering — we'd rather confirm fitment than deal with a return. Email us or use the contact form.
I have an MK8.5 / facelift model — will MK8 parts fit?
Not always. The MK8.5 (2024+ GTI/Golf R facelift) has changes to the front fascia, grille, and emblem area that affect fitment of certain exterior parts. Product pages note MK8 vs MK8.5 compatibility where relevant — when in doubt, ask us.
Do you carry parts for the Civic Type R (FL5)?

Are your products OEM or aftermarket?
We carry a curated mix of aftermarket and OEM-quality parts from brands we've vetted or use ourselves. You'll see the brand listed on every product page. If you have questions about a specific brand or product quality, just ask.
