Everything about this retrofit is built around one idea: the dash should look like VW built it this way. The panel and trim fill the factory opening properly, so nothing about it reads as an add-on.
The Install
Straight in. No cutting, no adapters.
The factory trim comes apart with a plastic pry tool — no drilling, no cutting, nothing permanent. The old panel lifts out, the 8" unit locates in the same opening, and the trim clips back down over it. Most installs are a single-session job with basic tools, and everything can be returned to stock if you ever need to.

Pick Nav if your MIB2 unit has factory navigation, or Non-Nav if it doesn't. The retrofit mirrors what your head unit already does — it changes how the system looks, not what it can do.
The Fit
Built for the MK7 dash, not adapted to it.
Trim geometry follows the Golf 7 / 7.5 centre stack, so the panel sits flush against the surrounding plastics with even gaps on all four sides. No trimming, no filler, no visible seams.
The Look
Reads like a factory option, not a mod.
The wider glass and OEM-style surround change the whole centre stack — bigger maps, bigger album art, bigger reverse camera view — while the rest of the interior stays exactly as VW intended.

No. This is the display panel and its surrounding trim only. It works with the MIB2 head unit already in your car.
Will this add navigation to my car?
No. The retrofit doesn't add features on its own — choose the version that matches the MIB2 system already installed in your vehicle.
How do I know if my car has MIB2?
The quickest way is to send us your VIN at contact@eurowerks.co and we'll confirm which system your car left the factory with before you order.
Are the air vents included?
No. Vents are not part of this kit — you'll reuse the ones already in your dash.
Can I install this myself?
