InstallTen-minute swap.
Release the factory reflector
Work a plastic trim tool around the edge of the reflector and ease it out of the bumper. Go slowly so the clips don't snap.
Line up the new one
Match the clear reflector's clips to the cutout.
Press it in
Push firmly until every clip seats and the lens sits flush.
Repeat on the other side
Keep the factory reflectors in case you ever go back to stock.

Will these fit my regular Jetta?
No. The S, SE, SEL and TDI use a different rear bumper. These are GLI only.
Will they fit a 2015–2018 GLI?
No. Facelift GLIs take the MK6.5 clear reflectors.
How do I know I have a GLI?
GLIs have GLI badges on the grille and trunk, a honeycomb grille and a sport rear bumper with dual exhaust tips.
Are they street legal?
They're sold as an appearance part. Reflector requirements vary by state, so check your local rules.
Can I go back to stock?
Yes. The factory reflectors press straight back in.
