Full replacement front fenders in pre-preg carbon fiber, autoclave-cured and hand-finished — widening the MK7 or MK7.5 Golf by +3.5 cm per side. Not fiberglass with a carbon skin, and not something that bolts over what's already there.
The Width
+3.5 cm per side, for fitment that actually clears.
The extra width is there to make aggressive wheel and tire fitment work without rolling, pulling or living on camber. It's the difference between a stance that fits and one you're always fighting.
The Material
Pre-preg carbon, autoclave-cured.
Genuine pre-preg laid up and cured in an autoclave, with sub-1% void content. That's a structural composite panel, not a cosmetic shell — and it's why the surface holds its finish instead of print-through.
The Fit
Reverse-engineered from factory panels.
The geometry comes off scanned OEM fenders, so the mounting points and body lines follow what VW built. It's a direct replacement for the factory panel rather than an approximation of it.
The Paperwork
Material certificate included.
Each set ships with the material certificate — the document you'll need if you're putting the car through TÜV or filing a local homologation request.

Why is shipping $395?
These are oversize freight panels shipping direct from Germany. The flat $395 rate is added automatically at checkout and replaces our normal shipping — free and standard rates don't apply to this item.
How long until it ships?
Each set is handcrafted to order, with 30–35 working days of production — roughly 45–50 calendar days — before the item leaves. Transit time is on top of that.
Can I cancel or return them?
No. Because each set is made to order, the item is non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins. Ask us anything you need to before you order.
Who pays customs and duties?
The buyer. Import duties, customs fees and brokerage are collected by the carrier on delivery and aren't included in the price or the freight charge.
Can I install these myself?
Professional installation is strongly recommended. These are handcrafted composite panels — test-fit before paint. Neither Eurowerks nor the manufacturer is responsible for damage caused by improper fitment or installation.
Do I get documentation for TÜV?
Yes. A material certificate is included with each set — that's the document used for TÜV or local homologation requests.
