Real autoclave-cured prepreg carbon, not a fiberglass shell with a carbon skin over it. RSI c6 lays this up by hand in Venice and cures it at 120–180 °C under 6–8 bar, which is why the void content lands under 1% and the weave stays flat instead of print-through. It bolts to the factory MK7.5 bumper and sharpens the nose without touching ride height.

Built to order — not stocked. Production runs 30–35 business days (roughly 45–50 calendar days) before it ships. Order accordingly.

Installation

Before you order.

Professional Fitting Recommended

  • Designed for the factory MK7.5 GTI / R front bumper and its original mounting locations
  • Handcrafted carbon can need minor adjustment during fitment — normal for a hand-laid part
  • We strongly recommend a body shop or experienced installer handle it

Care

  • Wash with pH-neutral shampoo and microfiber only
  • Keep high-pressure washers off the exposed carbon
  • Never hit hot carbon with cold water — thermal shock micro-cracks clear coat
  • Ceramic coating or UV sealant every 6–12 months keeps the clear from yellowing

Will it fit?

Shaped on the MK7.5 facelift bumper. The pre-facelift MK7 bumper has different lower geometry and takes a different lip — if you're unsure which car you have, send us your VIN.
