If your car has adaptive cruise control, Front Assist or autonomous emergency braking, there’s a radar module behind the grille emblem and this is your part. The badge itself usually sits on a raised plinth with no open slots behind it.
What happens if I fit the wrong one?
A solid, non-radar badge in front of the sensor can weaken or scatter the signal and set off Front Assist faults or a dead adaptive cruise system. It’s worth getting the right part number the first time.
