Overview
Fix a dead USB port with the factory part.
A loose or dead USB port means no charging and no CarPlay. These are the same modules VW fits at the factory. Pick the one that matches the part number on the back of your old port — or step up to the newer dual USB-C version.
USB-C
Dual USB-C — 5NA035736.
VW's newer two-port USB-C module, used on MIB3 cars like the Atlas, Tiguan, Arteon, Taos and MK8 GTI.
USB-A
The original ports.
5Q0035726 is the one-port USB-A module. 5Q0035726L is the two-port USB-A version.
Fit
Snaps in.
Each module clips into its trim panel and plugs into the factory connector — no screws.
OEM
Factory quality.
Made for VW, so it fits and works like the original.

FAQQuestions, answered.
Which one do I need?
Pop out your old port and read the part number on the back. Order the matching one, or send us your VIN and we'll check.
Can I upgrade from USB-A to USB-C?
The USB-C module fits the same slot, but on older USB-A (MIB2) cars the plug on the back can be different. Some cars need a small harness adapter or coding. Ask us first.
Will CarPlay work through it?
Yes, when it matches your car. These carry data as well as charging.
Is it an OEM part?
Yes — these are OEM Volkswagen parts.
Do I need to code it?
A like-for-like swap doesn't. Switching from USB-A to USB-C may.
What's the return policy?
Uninstalled and in original packaging, returns fall under our standard refund policy. Get in touch before sending anything back.
